These Terms govern access to the current static FreeAIScanner educational website operated by ZHOU JIANHUA.

Current service

FreeAIScanner currently publishes general information about image provenance, metadata, model inference, uncertainty, and responsible interpretation. Live image upload and scanning are unavailable. The site does not promise that a scanner feature will launch on a particular date.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least 13 years old. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, bypass security controls, scrape it in violation of applicable law, or use its content to support illegal activity or automated adverse decisions about another person.

Educational information; no proof or professional advice

The site explains technical concepts and limitations. It does not analyze your image, establish authorship, prove AI generation, cheating, fraud, or misconduct, or provide legal, academic, forensic, employment, or other professional advice.

Intellectual property

Except for identified third-party materials, the FreeAIScanner name, site, interface, copy, and software are owned by or licensed to ZHOU JIANHUA. These Terms do not grant permission to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse them except where applicable law permits.

Availability and disclaimer

We may update, suspend, or discontinue content or features. To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ZHOU JIANHUA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from access to, inability to access, or reliance on this educational site. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law and contact
